On 01/07/1438h (29/03/2017) the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia started a comprehensive national campaign to track expatriates violating residence and labor rules in the Kingdom.
According to this campaign, such expatriates are urged to leave the country spontaneously and at their own expense within three months from the starting date of the campaign, exempted from the payment of fees and fines, and their fingerprints will not be blacklisted.
Accordingly, those in breach of residence and labor rules in the Kingdom are urged to take advantage of this amnesty and leave the country immediately, and if caught after the this period, they will face prosecution.
