Following the remarkable concert by Quartetto Sincronie, organized in collaboration with the Fondazione Accademica Musicale Chigiana, and held last April during the European Music Week Festival in Riyadh, we are pleased to announce that the Chigiana continues to foster artistic innovation and international creative exchange. As ChigianaRadioArte celebrates its 10th edition, a decade of innovation in radio-sound and transmission art, it proudly launches an open call dedicated to contemporary sound art and sonic experimentation from the Arab world.
Who can apply?
• Open to all. No admission fees.
• No time limits on submissions.
• Multiple submissions welcome.
What to submit?
• Sound works, installation sounds, sound art, contemporary music, radio operas, talks, experimental pieces & more… in any language or idiom.
