The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) has a longstanding and fruitful collaboration with the “Academy of Performing Arts and Crafts Teatro alla Scala,” a globally renowned educational institution in the performing arts sector. This relationship includes the provision of ministerial scholarships for international students to attend the Master in “Performing Arts Management,” aimed at training high-level professionals with managerial and economic skills specific to the live entertainment industry. For the academic year 2024-2025, up to 9 scholarships of 6 months (from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025) are available, each worth € 1,000 per month.
Students must independently arrange health and accident insurance.
How to Get the MAECI Scholarship:
- Pass the selection process and be enrolled in the Master in Performing Arts Management. Visit apply.gsom.polimi.it for more information;
- Apply for the MAECI scholarship by October 1, 2024, by sending an email to management@accademialascala.it with the subject “MPAM MAECI Scholarship” and include a 350-word statement in English explaining the motivation to study in Italy and attend the Master at the Academy Teatro alla Scala.
Scholarship winners will be notified by mid-November 2024.
Selected candidates must accept the scholarship terms and confirm their enrollment by the specified deadline. Failure to do so will result in immediate revocation of the scholarship.
