Please be informed that from 13th to 17th of February 2026 the VISA operating System will undergo a temporary operational shutdown.
This is a scheduled and urgent technical intervention that will result in the temporary suspension receipt and processing of visa applications, as well as the issuance of entry visas.
This suspension will affect the operations of both visa offices at the Italian Embassy in Riyadh and the Consulate General in Jeddah and all centres managed by our outsourcer.
Please note that, in order to minimize inconvenience to users, appointments already scheduled have been rescheduled to the days immediately before or after the period of the operational shutdown, taking into proper account priority needs and urgent cases.
