Music concerts, movies, conferences, and exhibitions will take place during this month.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>The Italian musicians Gianfranco Bortolato (pianist) and Giovanni Dal Missier (oboist) will perform some of the world-wide known, award-winning Ennio Morricone&#8217;s soundtracks on the evening of opening of the photo exhibition on Islamic art. The event will take place at the National Museum of Riyadh on the 9th of May. The duo will make also a concert at the Italian Embassy on the 12th of May.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>Amongst other European professionals, an Italian expert will deliver several lectures at the \u201cNational Museum\u201d during the workshop \u201cEuropean Museology and Islamic art in Europe\u201d. The main themes will be Digital media and its use in museums (May 10), Conservation and restoration of artefacts\/antique objects (May 11), and Islamic art in Europe (May 12).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>The \u201cEurope Film Festival\u201d will include the Italian movies \u201c<strong><em>Tempo instabile\u2026 con probabili schiarite<\/em><\/strong>\u201d (May 19), directed by Marco Pontecorvo and with Luca Zingaretti and Pasquale Petrolo as main characters, and \u201c<em><strong>Sei mai stata sulla luna<\/strong><\/em>?\u201d (May 26), directed by Paolo Genovese and performed by Liz Solari, Raoul Bova and Neri Marcor\u00e8.
